No disrespect however I try very hard not to use BP to promote my yellow letter mail business.

There was a year I ran full page color newspaper ads, 30 minute infomercials, A bunch of billboards, Radio, Direct Mail, Magazines, promoted schools; you name it I probably did it.

Not sure how much I can talk about without "promoting" my business and having my post edited or deleted.

I am currently working on building a real estate related website which I will not promote here because I read the rules :)My real estate experience is currently very limited.

@Dustin Lavender The reason why you probably could not post and reply, to posts, is because your content was deemed by BiggerPockets to be self promoting or soliciting.

I'm also skeptical of paying for a service that I haven't received or that would take place in the future, so finding out about their money back warranty would be something to get to.I can understand their 9-16% interest rate after the 12 months 0% promotion.

@Alex Craig,Since we are starting to get deep in this, I want to mention I have received the standard referral fees from Mid South that they offer to everyone on their website, and while I'm not trying to promote them in this thread, I want to let everyone know I like their model and it's what I do in CA for my houses.

I agree 1,000% that the vast majority of those promoting there "Guru"/"REI Coach" program are 1,000% snake-oil salesman, complete scamming BS giving dribbles of knowledge at maximum price as there focus is profiting off those seeking a REI Coach.     

I have been sitting on the fringes studying before going full fledge since a lot of the gurus promote their flavor-of-the-month which amount to being undercover paid advertisements.
