There was a year I ran full page color newspaper ads, 30 minute infomercials, A bunch of billboards, Radio, Direct Mail, Magazines, promoted schools; you name it I probably did it.

I'm also skeptical of paying for a service that I haven't received or that would take place in the future, so finding out about their money back warranty would be something to get to.I can understand their 9-16% interest rate after the 12 months 0% promotion.

@Alex Craig,Since we are starting to get deep in this, I want to mention I have received the standard referral fees from Mid South that they offer to everyone on their website, and while I'm not trying to promote them in this thread, I want to let everyone know I like their model and it's what I do in CA for my houses.

I agree 1,000% that the vast majority of those promoting there "Guru"/"REI Coach" program are 1,000% snake-oil salesman, complete scamming BS giving dribbles of knowledge at maximum price as there focus is profiting off those seeking a REI Coach.

I have been sitting on the fringes studying before going full fledge since a lot of the gurus promote their flavor-of-the-month which amount to being undercover paid advertisements.
