Yellow Letter and MLS
BP
Im thinking about writing yellow letters to "cheap" properties on the MLs.
My analysis is that these property are on the market forever and very overpriced?

If you do this you might target listings that are about to expire, or have expired. Otherwise you'll may be referred to the seller's agent.
