Anyone care to share there move out process?

@Jarrett Harris Congrats on getting another one under ownership, making good process!

I'll get that script, seems like a good checklist/barometer to ensure the process is reliable and repeatable. 

We were told it would be a "process" and were told to remove any and all food, cooking products, plates, glasses, pots, pans (anything we cook with or eat on) from the kitchen until the problem was taken care of - approximately 2 months!!

Are you asking to track the workflow process for rehab/flipping/contract work or the workflow that starts with seller engagement through to closing?

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should start in my process of real estate investing?

Eddie Speed is another "guru" who can teach you about the process.

I receive "I assist XXXXXX they are the buyer's agents and can assist you with the buying process. 

There are other ways to fund this type of deal, but if you don't have access to or know of them, I'd slow down, get to some REI meetings in your area and learn more about this process.
