*BP post filtering won't let me format that example as a real address

I am posting here to see if there is another loan product that is similar to the fha or 5%down multi family products that dowsnt look at emplyment history.

If you're looking to acquire properties and pay a slight premium on the rehabs to get them done well, this is absolutely a service I recommend.

Undoubtedly, the Lexington/Irmo are premium zips for buy and hold.
