The population seems to be growing over the long-term (20,000 people in 2010 vs 15,000 people in 2000).My question is, is there anything I should know about this zip code as an out-of-state investor?

The City of Austin demographer, Ryan Robinson, has produced and publicly shares a lot of interesting data based on census information that outlines all the areas (and demographics) of projected population growth in Austin, esp South Austin all the way to San Antonio over the next 10 years.

There's still plenty of undeveloped land on Earth, so we aren't running out anytime soon, and to support a large population on Mars I think you'd have to terraform it to some extent, and that technology won't exist in our lifetime.

@Bo A Vanecko,  the fact is that in the USA it's nearly 40%+ of the total population that has at least one pet at home.

#1):I think that most young people that manage to get through childhood without a lot of trauma, don't really fully appreciate just how screwed up a sizeable portion of the population are.
