Hey BP Nation,

I saw 2 forum threads asking where is the best place to buy MF.

I thought of this study.

It shows that by the year 2040, 8 states will have 50% of the population of the US.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/politics/wp/2018/07/12/in-about-20-years-half-the-population-will-live-in-eight-states/

What do you think? Is it good to focus long term investments in these 8 states?

I will probably buy some of my hotels in these 8 states although I always take the "opportunistic" outlook. If a deal is great, and the area is decent, I will likely buy (even if the deal is outside those 8 states)

What are your thoughts BPers?
