But seeing a brand new large scale development along the beach makes me believe there holds a lot of potential.I am wondering if there are any investors who currently hold properties here and what are some of the issues an investor might except to encounter (ie. crime, flood insurance, etc.).Thanks!

Hi all, I have a vacation home cleaning service and property management company in Myrtle Beach SC. that I started last summer.

We fell in love with a small island town called Carolina Beach about 20 minutes from downtown, and daydreamed about one day buying a beach house.
