Vacation home cleaning service advertisement

Hi all, I have a vacation home cleaning service and property management company in Myrtle Beach SC. that I started last summer. I quickly gained 8 new clients and so far so good. We developed a awesome working relationship but none of them are locals and they all own one rental property so it is not enough to keep my team busy. I know word of mouth is best advertisement but like I said they are not locals .. I would love suggestions on how to generate clients for the industry... I have searched everywhere and am really struggling in this area
