Hey BP,

I'm a 29 year old investor from South Florida. Purchased my first home in 2015 and a SFR close by in 2016. Both have worked out really well and I am looking to acquire more. I've been close on a few deals but its getting harder to find good returns in this market. Looking to invest in central FL, I'm looking in the DeLand, FL market currently.

Thanks for all of the incredible knowledge on here, It's been invaluable dealing with tenants and various issues.

Still plenty of opportunities in Palm Beach County!

The good thing about Boca Raton is that there will always be a demand to live in Boca Raton in whatever market.

Have to disagree it’s very tough to find any real deals in Palm Beach County it’s one of the most competitive and expensive markets in the state without question.
