Buy a new Landlord policy assuming you'll rent this place out, but the keys are:  duplicate all the Insureds from the original policy, but adding your name or if in my ssystem the name of the trust the deed was moved into.

Here's our answers, which are NOT legal advice:1) Most FNMA loans now allow transfer to single-member LLC without violating due-on-sale clause.2) You can still set up an LLC and use for business purposes if you "hire" the LLC to manage your property.
