I’m needing a recommendation for a STR photographer in the Dallas area. 

Having the right expectations and getting out of a lead gen company when you know it is not the right lead source is critical to the success of the sales/deal. 

I applied this strategy a couple years ago so happy to provide guidance of who I worked with and what seems to work/not. 

This area is buzzing with potential, and I’m excited about the chance to team up on a new project here.I’m interested in connecting with partners who are open to a joint business venture.

FYI when something/anything happens the tenants will contact you to see the footage but that will open you up to a whole lot of liability.
