JaxREIA is official and does regulary meet and they have classes.

Even if the current owner/tenant says the property is zoned industrial you will still need to confirm self storage is permitted "by right" with local zoning officials. 

Vacancies are low since we kind of got a Senior nich not official but word got around and 70% of our tenants pay with social security money according to our on site manager @Bishoy Girgis

@Murray HallIf the Official Community Plan permits a small lot subdivision, more lots can be created on a given piece of land.

The way I understand it, a Series LLC in Texas gives you the benefit of dividing assets and their liabilities into different sub-LLC's, or series, while only having to deal with the start up costs of one official LLC.

Sometimes its just easier to not have an official entity partnership, but just a working business partnership where roles are defined and folks work together.  

Once all parties are satisfied sign the final draft making it official.
