I typically use the simple platforms like zillow, trulia, criagslist, facebook marketplace( preferred because I can vet tenants easier with FB). 5.

If not FB market place is full of great deals BUT you have to find, buy, and bring it to property.

So I educate homeowners about ‘what’options are available to them in the marketplace such as loan modifications, forbearance plans and repayment plans (options they can contact their lender for details about later) … One of the many options I discuss is assigning the property to me.

I went through FSBO leads on Zillow and FB marketplace.

Ive found a few good deals on fb market place, you just have to check regularly or set up alerts.

If you're not going to really dive into practicing real estate I think you'd be better off spending the 75 Hours it takes in class time (plus the hours studying and the fees spent) to build relationships with productive realtors, sellers and contractors attorneys, shopping online marketplaces for deals etc once you start your flips you'll see exactly how much work it is to get one done here in NJ, you'll also see that many of the properties on the MLS are priced too high to make good flips or they sell at light speed.

So Far I’ve been trying Facebook Marketplace which brings some traffic, but just wondering if theirs any other alternatives app/Website to list my Unit
