Is there verbiage that makes sense other than saying it will improve your credit score?

YES @Taneka Nesbitt.

Helping Homeowners to solve their problem really is the language IMO. If you focus on helping homeowners solve their problem you’ll find that they will reward you with their business.  It’s not so much a sales pitch.  Here's an example: Normally the 1st thing I do when I sit down in person with a homeowner is to ask the homeowner whether they have weighed their other options for avoiding foreclosure. Often times no one has stepped in to sincerely help the homeowner.  So I educate homeowners about ‘what’options are available to them in the marketplace such as loan modifications, forbearance plans and repayment plans (options they can contact their lender for details about later) … One of the many options I discuss is assigning the property to me. But an assignment is not the homeowner’s only option. It’s just one of many. Sometimes the homeowners are ready to assign and move forward with their lives. About 10 % need to exhaust their other lender options first. BUT of those who need to exhaust their other options first, 90 % of them will come back later to do the assignment with you. Educate homeowners while treating them with dignity and respect and they will want to do business with you.
