Yes you are saying “the process” expressed as maintainable good habits are better than just goals.

If they find out and approach you about it, just let them know that you always identify yourself as the property manager in order to maintain a good relationship with your tenants. 

I don't mind higher upfront costs, but would want to learn more about how lvp and hardwoods compare in terms of wear / longevity / cost to maintain / etc.I'm also looking at installing a fence, as it doesn't have one in the backyard yet. 

They not only provide rentals to those who want them but they also inherently boost the economy by maintaining these homes and other associated expenses/taxes. 

Most weddings are concentrated in the spring/summer, so you end up with a much smaller number of dates to actually work with.

I'm also looking to speak with Title companies and Realtors in the area to see if i can get cash sales report for the past 3-6 mths to see where the Cash buyers are concentrated and specifically target these areas for D4D's, Bandit, Direct Mail etc. 

houses are real easy to maintain and you don't have central heat and air to worry about and that is a biggee in many parts of the country.

Since you did not tell s much, I will make a few assumptions about your goals and what you are looking for and if you are concentrating long term or short term.
