Since it’s also on a corner lot, it will connect the SoMa neighborhood (all their restaurants and business) to the Pettaway neighborhood where $15MM in new commercial/residential spaces are being built on top of a VA hospital remodel to 140-160 luxury apartments (70+MM rehab) that is just 2 blocks away.Willing to share more information at anytime.

Where are prices rising and falling and for which type of properties?

I haven’t made my first initial purchase of a rental property but I definitely want to and have plans to do so.

I manage all properties myself plus I'm HOA president at the 5 unit condo. 

I have goals of obtaining enough MF property to replace my current career by the age of 50 (I'm actually shooting for $6K/m by November of 2026 because, why not?)
