This is one error newbie and lazy landlords do ALOT. -  Tenants who pass screening but the landlord and/or property manager don't enforce the rules.

We sign papers this afternoon.

(But for those who have HIGH Income already, but ZERO self discipline, it can be that lazy person's answer.

You get the picture....I know you're thinking that this Tim guy is just lazy and not committed to his REI education, but I assure you that's not the case.  

I carved out one afternoon and made 15 to 20 phone calls and got a couple of banks that suited my commercial needs.

--> You can make higher offers -->  More deals will get accepted --> You get richer faster -->  You can hire more people and let them do your work --> You will get lazy-->  this will make you a snob --> Life long dream to call hard working people "The Help" fulfilled fasterSO worth it.

How about a Saturday early afternoon, 12 noon?
