Made major improvement inside the units, updated the flooring, bathroom, and kitchen cabinets as well as a fresh coat of paint inside and the exterior.

Put in new floors throughout, new paint, kitchen backsplash, and de-popcorned everything.

We repaired two broken windows, fixed their ceiling fan and replaced a burned outlet.

In reality you’ll need all of that cashflow to fund the freshening of those dated kitchens if you want strong rent with low vacancy.

I will be removing/replacing the dry wall to make the pipe accessible for the plumber, I would also like to re-drain 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms.
