This is confusing, since I was under the impression that all other unpaid liens would be canceled if future taxes weren't paid by the lien holder.

I was under the impression that I could find a property that was a really good deal ($91,000 ARV - $15,000 Repairs - $10,000 Assignment Fee ) I got this property under contract for $37,500 and was going to list it for $47,500 making me an assignment fee of $10,000. 

I am continuously impressed with the creative ways my clients are finding property, and the deals they are putting together.

But thats ok, I'm not trying to impress anyone, and that's more money in the bank for reinvesting

We finance both ways.That is very impressive to rehab OOS.  

Impressive, and the landscaping is wonderful.
