It is raw ground so you do need to have some capital to prepare the lots for construction.

I'm looking forward to hittin the ground running and can't wait to close some deals.

Seeing how I occasionally assist them as he and his partners get their business of the ground, it would probably be wise for me to pass along this information.

I'll close on my first rental property in a few days and want to hit the ground running. 

I am sorry I didn't come across them before I got into the market.Having said that - there are some very successful investors on the ground in Metro Detroit doing very well- and I have met quite a few.

At the end of the day I know I have felt sometimes like I am exhausted only have a very self-aware and disappointing moment that I realize I didn't really do anything truly important.I've also been a tech exec for 15 years and the email space invaders "don't let an email hit the ground" where you just see emails coming in all day long is extreme.  

Keeps me busy.. for instance I was in KC this last weekend meeting with some of my ground teams.

Hello Bob, yes I am but we as lender give financing on hard money loans as bridge loans, fix’n flip and ground up construction nationwide.Your in Miami   Not MISSISSIPPI   I appreciate it but I have unlimited amount of funds and deals .
