Left me with a bad taste in my mouth but it’s part of the game.

I’m brand new to this game and have zero deals thus far. 

I see also that they sell entire portfolios.

I have been working on getting my investment company going here in Georgia and build my own personal portfolio. 

You’ll get appreciation on a condo sure .. but multifamily cash flows better which can allow you to snowball more down the road expanding your portfolio so much better .. look we are not here long .we all have limited time in this world we all have only 365 days in a year and real estate can be a slow dollar so you must think in terms of money created and potential money created over time .

Finding deals to build a portfolio is tough.
