@Robert Ferrell Funny enough, we closed on our first duplex at the same time as we were going through the offer stage of the apartment.

It's funny because I remember seeing this post before when he first posted it and didn't think anything of it, but now that you mention it, and with a little closer inspection, it's pretty obvious what he was trying to do.  

YEAH its awful/funny/sad when I watch any of those medical shows and the MRI's or CT scans or Xrays are upside down/backward !

@Marco Santarelli  the Morris/Oceanpointe is some of the worse I have seen since I started funding this stuff in 2002.. 3000 plus transactions under my belt.. and this one just is over the top.. yet you still see people get on a long thread of a few hundred post with 10 or 15 post of actual buyers that bought homes that either were never touched or if rehabbed so poorly as to not be funny etc etc.. and the post at the end Is Hey I have my call with them what do you think  LOL..

Kind of funny, but I figured if they are a jerk on the front end, I don't want them in my house.
