Officers all too often think the know the law simply because they wear a badge, when they actually know a lot less than most folks. 

No sure about that as buyers want to see the finished product and showing them before pictures will often not be well received.That's funny, my wife said the exact same thing about showing them the before pictures.

Funny, my state looks at all of the states taking property rights away from owners and then passes laws that do the exact opposite- it's a great marketing strategy.
