Being as fresh as I am here I have not met anyone personally yet.

at a bare minimum, new paint and carpet/plank everywhere and changing out all the cabinet hardware, electrical covers, fresh light fixtures, etc. will make things look fresh and clean.

Back when I was about 19 or 20, I was living the good life with a very well paying full time job, fresh out of a 2 year tech school and still living with mom and dad - no wife, no kids, no mortgage, no medical bills, none of the burdens or blessings of life I have today.

The old contractor kept adding change orders and ran it up so we found a new one and everytime we started from scratch, the last payment to the old contractor didn't count and we had to start fresh.

Additionally, does the triplex and SFH count already towards your goal of 10 units or starting fresh?

I listed it too so I can take all the investment money I have to my name and make a fresh start in a new geography.Did I say I'm graduating soon?
