Of all of the options this is actually my least favorite perk listed.

Also schedule a trip to Jax to attend a JAX-REIA meeting in person.

I am actually making a trip out to Huntsville prior to the conference.

Try to bulk repairs as much as possible because handymen have minimum trip charges.

It's easier for them to send out their handyman at a $75 min trip charge then spending 5 mins to discover a simple fix over the phone.
