I am new to this website as I am looking for help.  I am looking for several investment properties in Jacksonville, Fl and need reliable, trustworthy individuals to take charge of most of the responsibilities.  I just don't want someone to send me prospect matches.  I would like some guidance on navigating this southern market.  Any suggestion on where to start looking.  Thank you.

I am looking to buy and hold.  Looking in upcoming neighborhoods so that will be C and D (some B if the investment makes sense).  I am so happy I found this website because you guys are great at sharing info.  I have learned so much already.  Thank you for your imput.
