The entire package I am putting together is going to include: Personal BS, Income Statement, 2013 Taxes & W-2s, 2014 Taxes & W-2s, most recent 2015 Pay Stubs (to show annual income), followed by the investing criteria.

I think the first step should be to make your personal financial statements (balance sheet and income statement), this will not only be useful should the loan officer ask for it, but will also give you an idea of where your money is going and where you can cut back on your spending.  

She gave me her email so I emailed her asking to give me some info on the park rents, trailer info, trailer rents, etc.  

They both answered the phone promptly and were quick to respond to e-mails.

If you don't have a PSA, the LA will most likely e-mail you one gratis.If you already have buyers with an appetite for this type of asset in it's location, I say go for it.

Well, I email the law firm who said they would present the offer.

We have a Google Groups email list for communication and updates on the next meeting which will probably be mid January.

He pays rent on time and responds to emails, etc.
