Hello, I am currently house hacking my first property. I purchased a house in June 2015 and now have 2 friends living with me providing boarder income. Once I finish paying off some debt I am planning on purchasing a second house and renting out the first.

I too live SE Des Moines Easter Lake also wanting to learn about wholesaling houses ,I discovered BP just day's ago and can't stop reading all the information HERE! I was in the Wholesale HVAC/R for 16 years tired of listening to stupid people earning damn Good money talking about flipping house's I figured if they can I definitely CAN ......Soooo I quit my job a few weeks ago and jumped in with both feet I gotta make this work because I have all my friends and family  thinking this is the dumbest stunt I've ever tried to pull off. I soooo want to be able to look at these people 6 months from now and just smile,not say anything just SMILE at them ,make them wonder how their JOB  going?
