I'd downloaded a handful of the OG podcasts after searching for ways to make passive income.

Realtors don't get the credit they deserve for the transactions they successfully and seamlessly have completed each and every day. 

Of course, you can't legally break into their website database and download information, but if someone wants to give their information to you at the property, it's yours to have. 

They are paid resources, but produce free quarterly reports you can download.
