You sound very passionate about RE and I'm sure you'll find an opportunity that works for you.Aside from being a Realtor, the options that come to mind are: becoming an Appraiser, Home Inspector, Administrative assistant for broker/PM company, transaction coordinator, Contractor's apprentice. 

Aside from providing the basics (ie. listing tool to get the property published to 10+ major sites, scheduling tool to schedule viewings, tenant screening with comprehensive applications -- pulled reports from TransUnion, which include nationwide criminal background checks + credit checks + eviction history, digital lease creation tool, rent collection tool, and maintenance tracking tool), some services also offer your tenants additional capabilities which makes it an easier sell on your end when getting them to transition over (ie. their ability to report on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus; this can create an added incentive for making sure they pay that rent on time).

Whether I do a temp rent reduction or something else like Brandon turner has stated on his stream the other day has no bearing on them asking for assistance. 

Baltimore has halted all evictions and we basically are stuck because the rent courts aren’t taking cases either we recommended she file for unemployment benefits immediately and reach out to church, friends, family and local united way for any assistance they can get to pay her rent.

Looks like there may be assistance (grants) to help you remove them. 

But beyond that, is there any way to apply for any assistance, or what is the best plan forward?

We do not know yet how many actual renters are affected nor do we know what assistance will be available to anyone laid off or sick.  

Given you have full occupancy thus indicating good demand, I’d start marketing the salon space for a new user/use.The current madness will NOT persist very long given this is not a virus with high double digit fatality rates.The real issue is that your business as saloon isn’t working, so count your blessings and transit to being a landlord instead.

I just bought anything I could get Owner Hold, rehabbed, rented, then refi'd as rates dropped to single digits.
