Landlord can verify tenant's coverage in the lease management view

Copper wiring is preferred, but many companies I represent will still offer coverage at a good price.

I cant believe how difficult it is to find coverage, & how  expensive it is!

If so, you can do non agency DSC (debt service coverage) where the forecasted rent needs to cover the total monthly payment.

The pricing will depend on the debt coverage ratio of the asset and your background/experience as a borrower.

They said just to call them to let them know how many times and for how long I expect to rent it out, and bam my coverage would include tenants.

American Modern has reasonable rates but there is no theft coverage.

@Joel Oh we have clients with all of the insurance carriers you mention, and from a claims and service stand point, they are all top tier options.Now Proper has some coverages available the others do not. 

Don't rush to reduce insurance coverage based solely on the small size of the space.
