Deals are very hard to come by up here now so we are thinking about taking out a HELOC and continue our REI with that.

Having said that I have been to many continuing ED classes where the instructor was only half right on a lot of things.I also find that when you ask your real estate commission in each state they want to absolve themselves of answering any questions related to interpretation of the own laws they have created or expanded on!
