Hello everyone, Ive interested to know if anyone has any information on the new laws regarding seller financing in regards to manufactured home sales. As of right now, I only rent, but would like to lease with option. The ones I am concerned with are in a park, and I have been told that is considered personal property not real property, and it does not apply. I do have a mtg with my attorney later this week and am going to bring it up, but if anyone has any information please let me know! Thanks!
