You'd have to scrub them after for phone numbers and against DNC list though if your plan is to cold call.

Skip tracing phone numbers in my target area and hiring a cold caller to call my direct mail list helped kickstart my direct mail campaigns. 

My point is, be careful newbies, don't fall prey to empty talk and believe sales pitches, look for the cold hard facts and ask for help from someone experienced before moving forward with any deal.
