Looking at a multi family in Wichita, I live in Colorado now so I have lost touch with some people that I use to know in Kansas. Trying to avoid bigger banks and go with a local lenders, also looking for a reliable property manager and lastly someone to get a few insurance quotes from. @Jeremy Woods Where in Colorado do you live? I spent a year in Buena Vista a few years back and while it was GOREGOUS I'm a huge baby when it comes to the cold and couldn't stand it snowing from October to May.
