@Jarel Terry This is a slippery slope...there are dozens of possible contracts that can be used across different asset classes...and vary by city or municipality...your best bet is to have an attorney draft one...not that expensive.

Petersburg area has an 11% chance of feeling the impacts of a hurricane in any given year, so I don't know why you'd take such a risk when Arizona is measurably a safe bet.
