Seems like everyone want to name the LLC Craig Myers Real Estate LLC...so you do that no anonymity, use your business or personal address as the registered address, again you probably blow the anonymity.

We need investors and mentors that have a very high sense of urgency. although we may not bring a lot of experience or value add at this stage with companies willing to partner with us, the payoff in forming a relationship now will be very valuable in the future as we blow this thing up.Looking forward to speaking to anyone willing to invest in us and build this business.

The operating company takes on all of the liability that would otherwise blow back on you including: paying property management, paying contractors, collecting rent, marketing, etc.5th pillar is owning everything anonymously.

There will always be proponents on either side of the isle on this decision and the biggest issue are the hotel lobbies advocating for more regulation or less-- but having been part of the developers and investors with doors who fought against further restrictions the sentiment among colleagues this is a really solid landing pad of legislation we can build predictable business on for the foreseeable future because it limits the use based on the land itself/ or a public hearing to approve a Specific plan for a site not just any house in certain areas.. so It's just about having someone competent who knows the laws and knows the area to help guide you in that purchasing decision.
