New investors here

Hey guys,

My wife and I have started a REI Company…We are newbies to REI but not to business. We both have successful careers and have built businesses for Fortune 500 companies. We want to build one for ourselves now. We have been reading a lot of books, watching hours of You Tube and listened to countless hours of Podcasts to expedite our learning curve. We want to build this business FAST! We are quick studies and hyper committed. We have a great credit score, great DTI and some capital.
We are looking for companies to partner up with us to, again, build this business quickly. We need investors and mentors that have a very high sense of urgency.
although we may not bring a lot of experience or value add at this stage with companies willing to partner with us, the payoff in forming a relationship now will be very valuable in the future as we blow this thing up.

Looking forward to speaking to anyone willing to invest in us and build this business.

@Mackey Ramer, it's great to hear that you and your wife are motivated to get your business up and running, however, as others have mentioned, what investment strategy are you looking to implement? Moreover, what are you looking for in partners? Capital? Experience? Network? All of the above? You may or may not be interested to hear that as a real estate agent, I work with an investment company called HomeRoom. HomeRoom provides affordable housing to prospective tenants via rent-by-the-room. The company is structured to provide investors with all necessary vendors to acquire rentals including a property/market analyst, real estate agent (myself), licensed contractor, property manager, etc. To be upfront, it takes a good bit of capital to acquire and implement a rent-by-the-room investment, however, the cash flow is high yield. This could be something that you and your wife have been looking for all along. Anyway, if you have any questions regarding HomeRoom or the Atlanta market in general, feel free to shoot me an email or text to connect (contact info is listed in my bio).

Second homeroom. I work with them in the DFW market and own a property with them and it provides really good yield and is pretty much hands off.
