Define your role.Tell the World what you looking for and join forces with those in alignment to your goals/role.As mentioned, the more experience and credibility the easier to find a quality partner.

I work in the remodeling industry as well, so if you need any advice in that world or any kind of contractor I've got connections.

I want to be a damn filthy douchebag that calls good hard working people "the help", travel the world, eat crablegs 24 hours/day and have 5 petite humans massage each of my extremities all at the same time while the sound of waves are crashing onto he sand, DAMNIT.I see people owning 300 doors, 900 doors, 3000 doors.Come on admit it... owning 1000 doors is NOT NORMAL.

@Marcus Johnson, I also started down the DR method personally before diving into the long term rental world. 

Let's face it, if wholesalers knew the real estate investment and rehab world inside and out (like most investors expect them to) THEY WOULDN'T BE WHOLESALING.  

I am still very new to this world.

In the end... moratoriums will open up a whole new world of establishing more stringent tenant criteria and move-in requirements such as ACH pre-authorizations, etc. etc. which will only elevate a LL's security but will unfortunately result in a tenant vs. tenant situation soon afterwards for a long time to come.  

When the world resumes normal operations, I'd be glad to meet up the next time you're in Charlotte. 

They are totally different worlds.
