Hey to all,

So ive been working on alot of deals trying to get my first multifamily deal. But fall short on a few things. A partner would be great to help get something done so my question is how does a guy thats newer in real estate find partners to go in on deals with them??

Raising capital is all about relationships and competency. People need to know you, like you and trust you. You ned to know the business including the laws regarding raising capital, you need to be an expert on the markets or partner with those who do. Its all about educating yourself and positioning yourself as an expert in the space.
