Would you put screens on your home's windows?

I’m just curious about what you all look for when driving for dollars and if there’s anything specific I should be looking for besides over grown yards and boarded up windows.

Windows will all need to be updates during my ownership as well as all roof mounted AC units per 23 units. 

I live here AND I have the data, I should be able to be more accurate than the iBuyers.Adjusting for changes you make along the way to your rehab plan, do you think you can be accurate to within a 5% window (10K window on a 200K house)...a 10% window?...

We have a home in Dunedin FL that could use updated hurricane windows & doors within cement wall framing. 

Since there is six month sell window and with probate being so long it looks like there going to walk away from it... really unfortunate since there’s equity in the place too

Doesn't really give much of a window to get the work done so the house is ready for the new tenants.

I am guessing this doesn't happen super often because STR leave a huge window between check out and check in.

This saved me on a bad window installation deal. 2) have contractors in the trades that you trust.

A light to medium grey would look great on that house, especially with the white windows you have.
