Traditionally I pigtail the wires, but was doing some research online and it seems there is a better option.I found this video about using "colar" device which is a safer approach and safer than pigtailing.

Can you build multi family on it, storage, or commercial, or single family?

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

I live outside Evansville, Indiana and primarily invest half and half in equity and notes: self storage, small multifamily, medical, apartments, and rehabs.

Some landlords order thousands of square feet of this at that time if they've got the storage for it.
