The ones we see that sort of make the numbers work are in South Sac or Del Paso Heights.

Does anyone in south Florida have a guideline they would like to share?

I am a buy and hold investor in Liberty so I don’t know much about properties south of the river but curious what it’s like!

Hi everyone, I am based in South Wales.

Case in point, I had bought a house off south 1st and cardinal 78704 for 100k and sold it a couple of years later for $160k thinking that I had made out like a bandit.

Down in South FL things have been dixie-chained and marked up so much even if you have someone with direct contract you can expect a 20-30k mark up without a great reduction in price so wholesalers are selling pretty much at or above market.Is this pretty typical up there?

An efficiency here in South Florida in the area we are living, on average collects between $700-$900/mo depending on recent upgrades.

I have been doing a lot of research on a few countries in South America and hopefully, in the next year, I am able to start investing internally.

I moved from Southern California to Boca Raton and started to look for good deals in South Florida.
