Starting a Real Estate Business (Wholesaling/Flipping/Renting)

Posted

I currently work full-time in Finance in San Diego, CA. My two friends and I have done extensive research into real estate and it looks like the least capital intensive form of RE investing is in Wholesaling. We all have the drive, ambition, and commitment to start a business venture but are looking for advice from any/everywhere as we start our journey. My hope for this post is to get some advice on the beginning steps of a real estate venture: setting up a business, business name choice, where to network, how to build your buyers list. A lot of these things we have seen in videos/podcasts etc. but we are hoping to hear from other sources as well. Any insights would be appreciated!
