I'm most familiar with North KCMO area, but I haven't been seeing any properties under the 100k mark being able to rent for that much.

I have not gotten my first deal but i was wondering is there a good title company in the triad of north carolina.  

A house down the street sold for slightly less but had a bigger lot and a few upgrades such as tile and wooden floors.  

Hi all,I was wondering if anybody can give me a qualified answer to the following:When searching on internet data bases- (for example Zillow, Trulia, Street Easy and others) their is usually a square footage given for the unit.The question is regarding co-ops or multi family units,-  is this figure net or gross. ?

I've lived in Cincinnati for the majority of my life but always a little North of the city.

But looking around Google Street View it seems you may have over-improved for this particular neighborhood.

I live right across the street in some apartments and the area is little to no crime, convenient access to freeways and major roads.
