Even if you are buying at 72 square foot, far above cost to build that would be less but it depends how big the hallways are on the climate control.

Out of 400 units in the building currently, 9 1-bedroom units are listed and available for rent ($1595-$1850) and 4 studio units for rent ($1425-$1600).Right now more higher-end luxury buildings in the are are renting for $2K - $2.4K I'm thinking post-pandemic when rents return back to normal, could it jump up to $2K maybe? 

Hey y’all I’m a 21 year old getting their foot into the door of wholesaling, I was trying to get information about wholesaling out of state, is it possible or would it be more confusing that way?

Assume the investor is providing 100% of the equity requirement and I am guaranteeing an acceptable annual return, is normal to ask for 50% title on the property or is there a generally acceptable equity split if I do not provide any monetary equity?
