Hey y’all I’m a 21 year old getting their foot into the door of wholesaling, I was trying to get information about wholesaling out of state, is it possible or would it be more confusing that way? I want to be a wholesaler that give investors the most fair price and give them all the information they need the first time around, would doing real estate out of state mess that up?
