The apartment comes with 1 parking space and looks pretty nice, but the thing that has me concerned is it's a mix of owners and renters.

Dave Cali I can manage SFHs, condos, town homes, 2-4 unit multi-family homes, mixed use buildings and small multi-family buildings up to 10ish units.I have no need for a software as of now because I only manage a handful and stay very organized with each one.

Going to spread some dry cement mix and rake it in then wet it down to lock up the sand where you walk .  

If you're looking for a mix, then your best bet might either be the burbs of a coastal city or urban core of a Midwest city.Hope this helps!
