Also be sure to ask questions to the engineer about what the process is with the local agencies that you mentioned. 

Had an engineer look to make sure the structure wasn't degraded, actually we made it stronger tying in the inner wall with the TGI's.

My tenant builds car engines and is confident that he can fix it.
