Yes, I am right here in Scottsdale, AZ literally walking distance from where ESPN will be set up for their Super Bowl 2015 coverage. Totally excited to live here and looking forward to a wild month!
I am originally from Southern California and have been in AZ since 1991. My first full time job was working for a small real estate development group in Orange County, CA. We bought land and built, leased, and then maintained strip malls and office building complexes. I knew back then I was hooked on this business.
I am now a partner in LandStay.com and we buy/sell wholesale land.

Welcome! Sounds like you have a great foundation under you. I bet it's going to be wild for the Superbowl. Too bad Arizona didn't make it, that would have made it so much more exciting for everyone there, but I'm sure everyone is all hyped up! How fun.
