Yes, I am right here in Scottsdale, AZ literally walking distance from where ESPN will be set up for their Super Bowl 2015 coverage. Totally excited to live here and looking forward to a wild month!

I am originally from Southern California and have been in AZ since 1991. My first full time job was working for a small real estate development group in Orange County, CA. We bought land and built, leased, and then maintained strip malls and office building complexes. I knew back then I was hooked on this business.

I am now a partner in LandStay.com and we buy/sell wholesale land.

Looking forward to meeting new folks and sharing what I/we have learned over the years. (And always great to pick up a new tip/new way to do things, too!)
